Sabine

Sabine Kühner is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with almost 20 years of teaching experience. She was the co-founder of Namaste Yoga Studio, which flourished in San Francisco from 1993 - 2002 as one of the first yoga studios in town. She has also been in practice as a therapeutic body worker for about the same length of time.

Her highly developed ability to see and adjust students in their asana practice and clients in private sessions make her an outstanding teacher and very effective body worker.

Sabine received her certification in 1995 from the National Iyengar Yoga Association. Since 1991 she has traveled to Pune, India to study with BKS Iyengar, his daughter Geetaji and son Prashant. Her teaching stye comes directly from the source.
